These terms cover vilmossomogyi.com and the tools I run from it. The site is operated by Fifth & Tee LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, through which I (Vilmos Somogyi) contract. By using the site you agree to these terms.

What the site is

The site describes my work and how to hire me. Nothing on it is a binding offer. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement we both sign, with its own scope, price, dates and payment terms. If that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

Using the site

Use it lawfully. Do not try to break it, overload it, scrape it at scale, or send spam or anything harmful through the contact form.

My tools

Vilmos Workspace CLI is a private app for my own Google accounts. It is not offered to anyone else, and no one else may use it.

Content

The text, design and images on the site are mine or used with permission. You may share links and quote short passages with attribution. Anything else needs my written permission. Names of clients and products belong to their owners.

Links

The site links to other sites. I am not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided as it is. I try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or always available. To the extent the law allows, Fifth & Tee LLC is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If they change, the new version is posted here with a new date.
