You built the audienceI build the machine behind it

Website, CRM, checkout, community, email and the automations behind all of it. I build that layer and then I run it, most recently for a movement with 533,000 followers. People bring me in because there’s a date coming and the machine doesn’t exist yet.

Vilmos Somogyi

Hi, I’m Vilmos

Twenty years running companies. I still build the thing myself.

I started as a developer in 2005 and built a software company from nothing to 60 people and €2.2 million a year. I hired, shipped and sold, then spent two years redesigning the operation so the company, culture and quality could keep moving without me in the daily loop.

At your stage the choice is usually an agency that has to be managed, a funnel freelancer who needs the spec written for them, or handing it to whoever on your team has time. I’m none of those. I’m the first technical person in the building.

So I start with the commercial outcome, put the work in the right order and stay accountable when the date arrives. Everything is documented and handed over. If you keep me involved afterward, it’s because the ongoing work is worth it, not because your operation depends on me being there.

You’re probably here for
one of four reasons

Each one pairs the problem with the first move I would make, and where that work sits.

01

I have a launch date and nothing behind it is ready

I separate what has to work on launch day from everything that can wait: capture, checkout, access, delivery, follow-up. Then one owner and one build order go behind it.

02

Everything still runs through me

The repeated technical decisions and handoffs come out of your head and into one visible queue. The goal is simple: you stop being the system.

03

I'm worried this breaks in front of my audience

I trace the exact journey a customer takes and dry-run the critical handoffs before the date arrives. Checkout, access and delivery should be boring on launch day.

04

I got burned by an agency and I don't want another project to manage

Before you commit to a build, the uncertainty becomes a written decision: what exists, where it leaks, what should be built and in what order. You know the scope first.

Three ways to work together

Each engagement stands on its own. When the work continues, responsibility stays with the same operator.

You can feel that the operation is leaking, but the source is unclear. I trace the path from audience to payment, find where it breaks, and give you the build order in writing. If we continue into a build, the full fee is credited.

Your launch has a date. I build the complete path that carries someone from your audience through payment and delivery, then make sure your team can run it. The scope, price and deadline are agreed before work begins.

After launch, the technical work changes shape. Campaigns move, the next offer arrives, and operational decisions keep landing on you. With an Operator Seat, that side of the business becomes mine to run, one visible priority at a time.

The guarantee

Live and working by your date,
or I keep going free.

I control whether the machine gets built and works, so that is what I guarantee. Not your conversion rate. Nobody honest can promise you that one.

Who this is not for

This is built for founders whose audience already buys. If you’re still building the audience, or the budget isn’t there yet, I’m not the right call and I’ll tell you so on the first message rather than sell you something that will not hold.

What gets built between
attention and payment

The website is one part of the operation. The value comes from connecting the customer journey so every step has an owner and the business can see what happens next.

01

Brand & website

A design language of your own and a custom website built around the offer, the audience and the way people need to move through it.

02

CRM & pipelines

Every lead lands somewhere, gets tagged, and gets followed up. You stop losing people you already paid to reach.

03

Funnels & lead magnets

A clear path from a stranger's attention to a name you can reach again, connected to everything that follows.

04

Email & campaigns

Segmented sequences that carry the launch and keep working afterward, written in the voice your audience already trusts.

05

Checkout & delivery

Payments, access and fulfilment connected so the customer gets what they bought and your team can see what happened.

06

Operations & automation

Follow-ups, reporting, client communication and repeated admin handled consistently, with clear rules and human oversight.

Selected work, built when
the date could not move

These businesses had audiences, offers and dates that could not move. My job was to take ownership of the operation and make the launch possible.

01Movement · launch + community3,500-person waitlist

533,000 followers and no way to sell to them

The audience, the mission and a course were ready to launch. The operation underneath them did not exist. I built the website and CRM that captured a 3,500-person waitlist, then connected enrollment, payment, course delivery, email and the member community. The result was one owned path from follower to member, with the launch no longer living inside one person's head.

02Multi-brand · web platformsAll three live that week

Three businesses, three brands, one week

A Los Angeles client was moving several ventures at once, each aimed at a different audience and each due inside the same week. I gave every business its own design language, repository and working lead capture. He had one person accountable across the portfolio, and all three platforms were delivered inside the week.

Three brands · and the work kept coming
03Education venture · built with two peoplePaying students in 2 months

A school that runs itself, staffed by two

My wife Tajana leads the curriculum, teaching and content. I built the operation around her work: enrollment, payments, lead capture, email, webinar production and digital delivery. AI Gen reached its first paying students within two months. The systems let a two-person company serve its audience without turning every sale into another manual handoff.

ISKONIQ

An AI platform that reads a speaker the way a coach would and turns the session into a report the coach can put their name on. I own everything between the business model and the product.

Roll Call

A community assistant that runs entirely on files, so the operator keeps a real record of every member instead of renting one from a platform. I built it, packaged it and sell it.

The team behind
one accountable operator

You deal with me from the first decision through launch. When the scope benefits from more expertise, I bring in people I have already shipped with and remain responsible for their work.

01

My own companies

Behind me is the software and QA company I founded and led to 60 people, including engineers, testers and designers I have shipped with for years. Fifth & Tee is the US entity that contracts and bills the work.

02

Experts on call

I have long-standing relationships with designers, developers, copywriters and video specialists. I bring them in when their expertise improves the work, and I remain accountable for the whole result.

03

Fractional leadership

Some problems need experienced leadership beyond the technical seat. I can bring in proven marketing, operations and specialist executives when the business reaches that point.

Straight answers before we work together

The practical details should be clear before either of us commits to the work.

01What happens if the date arrives and it is not finished?

The guarantee is delivery: live and working by your date, or I keep going at no extra cost until it is. I control whether the machine gets built and works, so that is what I guarantee. I do not guarantee your conversion rate, and nobody honest can.

02Where do we start?

If the scope is unclear, we start with the Systems Map. If the launch date and required outcome are already clear, we can go directly into the Build.

03Will I own everything you build?

Yes. Accounts, repositories and automations live in your name. The work is documented so your team can run it without depending on me.

04Can you work with my existing team?

Yes. I can lead the technical direction while your team handles the parts they already do well. I stay accountable for how the whole operation works together.

05What happens after launch?

You can take the documented system in-house, or keep me involved through an Operator Seat. Your ownership is the same either way.

06How do you decide what to build?

I begin with the commercial outcome and the date attached to it. From there I work backward to the simplest operation that can carry the customer from interest through delivery.

07How many projects do you take at once?

I can carry one active build alongside two Operator Seats. Availability changes as engagements move, so the header shows how many openings are available right now.
