Privacy Policy

This policy covers vilmossomogyi.com and the small tools I run for my own work. I am Vilmos Somogyi, and I contract through Fifth & Tee LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Fifth & Tee LLC is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: vilmos@fifthandtee.com.

What this website collects

The contact form. When you send it, I receive your name, email, company, project type and message. It goes to my CRM so I can reply to you. I use it for nothing else.

Server logs. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run and secure the service.

No cookies, no tracking. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

Google account data

I run a private app called Vilmos Workspace CLI. It connects only to Google accounts I own (my personal Gmail and my company accounts), and nobody else can sign in to it. It can read my email, calendar, contacts, Drive files, Docs and Sheets, and create email drafts that I review and send myself.

This data stays on my own computer. I use it to search, summarise and draft replies in my own work, and the AI assistant tools I use on that computer may process it for the same purpose. I do not sell it, share it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who else processes it

Only the services that run these tools: Vercel (hosting), my CRM provider (contact form messages) and Google (the accounts themselves). I do not sell personal data or share it with anyone for their own use.

How long I keep it

Contact form messages are kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Email you send me is kept like any business correspondence. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email me and I will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
