Packages and pricing

Everything I sell, and what it costs.

One product you can buy right now without talking to me, and three ways to work with me directly. Same operator behind all four. Start at the rung that matches where the business actually is.

Four rungs.
Every price stated.

They go from a product you install yourself to me sitting in your business every week. Nothing here requires the rung below it. What does not change is who does the work.

Roll Call

The community operating system I built for my own work, packaged so you can install it yourself. It keeps a living record of every member — what they said, what they are building, what you promised them — and prepares the replies before you sit down. It runs as plain files on your own computer, and it never posts on your behalf.

  • The complete system, plus a setup interview that shapes it around your community
  • Member memory, schedule, inbox, and a correction loop that learns your room
  • Runs in Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI — no app, no login, no subscription
$147one time

Or $697 if you would rather I set it up with you, live.

02Start here if you are not sure

Systems Map

A paid diagnostic, delivered in writing. I go through what you already have — the offer, the audience, the tools you are paying for, the places people fall out — and come back with what is actually broken, what I would build, and in what order. If the honest answer is that you do not need a build yet, that is the answer you get.

  • A written diagnostic of the whole operation, not a recorded call
  • The build order — what comes first, what waits, and what to cut
  • Credited in full against a build if you commission one
$2,500fixed

Paid in full upfront. No free diagnostics, and no discovery invoice.

03The machine itself

The Build

The whole system that turns an offer and an audience into revenue: brand and site, CRM, funnels, email sequences, checkout, delivery, automations. One scope and one price, both agreed in writing before I start. You see working software every week instead of a status call, and you own every account and repository at the end of it.

  • Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed before any work starts
  • Working software every week, not a weekly status update
  • Full documentation, a walkthrough, and the keys to everything built
  • A bench of engineers, testers and designers when a phase genuinely needs more hands
From $9,500fixed scope

50% to start · 25% at spine complete · 25% on launch.

04Once it is live

Operator Seat

Not a services retainer — a seat. I am the technical operator in your business for the next funnel, the next campaign, the automations, and the operational work that keeps landing on your desk. Twenty years of running companies comes with the seat, so you are not buying the thinking as a separate line item.

  • Ongoing build and ops automation, one visible win at a time
  • Priority access, and decisions thought through before they are made
  • Everything documented as it is built, so the seat is never a dependency
$2,500per month

Three-month initial term, then monthly. Paid monthly in advance.

Live by your date,
or I keep going.

On any build: it will be live and working by your date, or I keep going at no additional cost until it is.

That is a delivery guarantee, not a results guarantee. I control whether the machine gets built and works. I do not control your conversion rate, and I am not going to promise you one. The other honest number: I take one build at a time, so the calendar is the real constraint, not the price.

You know the number
before anything starts.

No hourly billing, no scope creep invoice at the end, no surprise line items. Here is exactly when money changes hands.

The questions
you are about to ask.

If yours is not here, put it on the contact form and I will answer it directly.

Which one do I start with?

If you run a community and want something working this week, buy Roll Call and skip me entirely. If you have an offer, an audience and a date, start with the Systems Map — it is the cheapest way to find out whether a build is even the right move. If you already know exactly what you need built, say so and we skip the Map.

Do I have to climb the ladder in order?

No. Nothing here requires the rung below it. The order is about cost and commitment, not prerequisites. Most people land on the Map or the Build and move up from there.

What if my project does not fit any of these?

Then we do not force it into one. Tell me what you are building and I will send a written scope and a fixed price for your exact case. These cover most launches, not every one.

Do I actually own what you build?

Yes. Every account, every repository, every automation is in your name. You can keep me on to run it, but you are never locked in to do that — and everything is documented so someone else could.

Can I buy Roll Call now and hire you later?

That is the point of it being $147. It is the one thing here you can try without a conversation. Plenty of people will never need anything else, and that is a fine outcome.

Where to start

Buy the product, or
tell me your date.

Roll Call you can have in the next ten minutes without speaking to anyone. For everything else, the first conversation is thirty minutes and costs nothing — and if there is a fit you get a written scope and a fixed price before any work starts.

Or email me directly at vilmos@fifthandtee.com.
